Thank you all for your help. I don’t know how it worked itself out but over the weekend I was given the gift of a new phone. I’ve tried all your suggestions but no change. Also within this issue I can not use any of my bars to get extra moves. another issue I’ve noticed... I can not connect to Facebook either it says (connection error). Therefore I can not send lives to friends. I’m at a total loss🙁
