I know the advertising play button appears for me on my Cookie Jam game (a Jam City game) but I have never seen it on the King games. It may be King doing some testing or something. I can ask about this for you and someone will come answer as soon as we know. Thanks for writing and have a nice day!

Sandra, I believe you have to select them on the screen where you press play. I have 3 options: color bombs, striped/wrapped combos, and fishes. You are SO welcome!! I really hope this can get resolved. I have had horrible luck with my own modem/router myself...Verizon (our provider) had to replace mine only a few months after they had sent me it, and that was replacing another modem that I had gotten a couple years before that lol. I am concerned about this…
