Hi Pam i believe that you are referring to the free hours of infinity lives. A glitch has already been reported to the studio because when you get this infinity the players are saying that it only gives them 5 tries and then it disappears.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
