They may come back, but it probably won't be anytime soon. I have seen posts of people who got them back in three months, one year and never. Enjoy the holiday season with family.

I agree. There is nothing worse than almost getting to the level you want and then having to start scrolling all over again. If we can't get a search box, a scroll bar would be a nice Christmas gift.

Have you tried the Support tab? QueenB is posting the feedback there. See Game not saving progress/syncing between devices. It is in the announcement section and currently at the top of the page.

You may want to check Game Not Saving Progress in the announcement section of the support tab. There should be a solution on the way.

King decided to change it so that only new levels count. I haven't seen anyone in the forum posting that they like this change. It isn't worth the effort anymore. If you decide to go for the rewards anyway, make sure it doesn't cost you more in boosters and gold than the reward is worth. If enough people don't bother…
