I already knew this was going to be said. Most people already know to update anything that needs to be updated. My phone stays updated, the system stays updated. It's on auto update, I don't have to update, it does it itself. I have plenty of storage and space on the phone. I don't have a lot on there so it will run…

Lynette I didn't know how else to reach you, I've been posting about the game hanging up since the Spring Petopia came on. All this time it has never done this before. I haven't changed phone, plenty of room on my phone, it say app isn't responding and I miss out on the garden / vegetable planting. Any suggestions?

I watched a youtube video that said to reset the cache and the data, which means you wipe out all your progress. The game came back on that phone, but all the progress was gone. Not the level that I'm on. All the fruit and veggies that I collected were gone. That is why I didn't want to do that.
