When we were kids, the rule around halloween was only a two block radius, and if we went in the house, we had to stay in. We used pillow cases to collect the candy. When we were kids, rule was once we came in the house we had to stay in. So, we would hide another costume out in the garage, with an extra pillow case for candy.
