It's only gold and progress which is synced to FB, boosters and messages are locally stored in the game only so if it's reinstalled, they get wiped. If you made any purchases though you will be able to get those credited back to you.

Was that the first time that you synced your account to Kingdom and did you used to connect to Facebook previously?

Did it happen once or does the frog keep doing the same thing where it can't be moved?

Reinstalling would do that, messages and boosters are only locally stored. You can get purchases restored but not messages containing lives as those are sent for free.

So what needs fixing in the level exactly, the score required to pass or are you saying the board is shuffling saying there is no combination possible when there are?
