Error on rewards - rewards not awarded after a win

I have been playing the special events. Each time I win I am not rewarded my rewards.This morning I won the most stripes competition with the fish. I should have received 6 hours free,But I didn't get it, neither did I get the free sweets.Then this afternoon I won the trips to Italy touring the world, when I won the highest challenges I didn't receive my 24 hours reward. Please can you urgently rectify and give me my rewards
