If you chose to connect to Facebook then your progress was connected to that specific account, so if you delete the account, that's the progress deleted along with it. Did you ever connect your game to Kingdom by any chance?

If your friends have Jelly saga already then you won't be able to add them as they won't be listed, I thought the add feature only worked for inviting players who don't already play. Have you looked at joining a Jelly saga group? It's a good way to keep lives flowing: https://www.facebook.com/search/groups/?q=jelly%20saga

Strange, all the roadblocks I've ever came across usually say 72hrs instead of 48hrs. Not had any luck requesting tickets i take it? Could be worth joining a group who send each other helps, it's the easiest way to receive stuff from others and tickets to get past the roadblock.

Updating the app doesn't matter as long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. Are you able to load your progress…

The answer is simple when you understand the process, it's not personal. The levels are made on PC first and released, after that the levels come out on Android and iOS (Android generally beating iOS to it most of the time) as they have to be converted for mobile and tablet platform, hence the gap between the releases on…
