Please reset my lvl to 575... my phone auto updated the application and the game reset to lvl 1. I tried to sign back with KING.com account info.. and it does not load last save. PLEASE, kindly look into this. My User ID is: 7953443385. THANK YOU!
Updating the app doesn't matter as long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. Are you able to load your progress directly on the King.com site?
