I have done everything I know, the only rhing I have left is to reinstall the games. But I won't do it and loose all boosters, lifes, help etc I've collected. I rather stop playing

Yes, I am! Tried everything listed in help section, tried to get in contact with customer-support... they didn't help. Finally I reinstalled the app, and everything was working again... but I had lost all boosters (and they were a lot!)

I have this and enjoying it. Still working to fill the basket up though, work in progress. And up 'til today it all worked fine, but since this afternoon non of my water or suncropsies I've collected have been counted.

I have the right log in, but it just says: "connection error. try again in a while" Well well, hopefully it's just a glitch or something 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for your reply. The game is updated and I did try the log out- log in, just that I can't log in again.
