@Kiara _wael - I contacted the support team as mentioned above and provided my game ID and an explanation of the problem and they sent me an email to look at the FAQ's (Which did not help at all). Please let me know if you all intend to award the gold that I won for collecting orange candies. Did anyone else get their goldβ¦

Hello - I too had the same problem. I earned 40 gold bars and waited until the 6th. On the 6th, there was a 24 hour count down tile, so I waited until today. And now that tile is gone. I did contact Customer Support but the response they gave me had nothing to do with this problem. I sure hope they get this sorted out, Iβ¦

I too completed all the tasks, and this morning it said the gold would be awarded in 5 hours - I still dont have the award - was this a scam??
