The last promotion promised gold bars for collecting orange candies, it was supposed to be awarded on Oct 17. I haven't seen my award yet, when can I expect it??

@Kiara _wael - I contacted the support team as mentioned above and provided my game ID and an explanation of the problem and they sent me an email to look at the FAQ's (Which did not help at all). Please let me know if you all intend to award the gold that I won for collecting orange candies. Did anyone else get their gold on Oct 17?? What is the problem??

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
