I haven’t been able to get into RC since last Friday. I’ve tried all the “fixes”. Is it possible for someone to check individual accounts?

I am playing on an iPhone. My progress is saved through Apple. I’m honestly not sure if it is synced through Facebook, my FB profile pic shows up as my avatar but when I open Candy Crush through FB, I’m at a much lower level. Sorry, I’m kind of tech-clueless.

Thank you, Andres-2! I tried all of the suggestions and none have helped. I also searched to see if anyone else had this issue but didn’t find anything.
