Why does the golden crown pop up keep appearing for no reason?

Season Mastery disappeared again
Top That reappeared again yesterday with season mastery badges, but the event itself wasn't showing up. Today, the entire season mastery event is gone from the game.

Why are there different events and features everywhere???
Why??? We have 5 devices in our household on which we play CC. 2 completely identical old android tablets, 2 ipads - 1 new and 1 old and 1 brand new android tablet. 2nd time - Adventure Path pops up only when event is over??
For the 2nd time in the last month, Adventure Path popped up only after the event ended! I opened the game to find a message telling me time is up and the event is over! It didn't show up at all during the event! This happened both on Android and IPad! Please explain and fix!

Supercharge on wrapped candy not working!
It charged me 16 GB to supercharge the wrapped candy, but it doesn't actually work when you start to play the level! It didn't work the very first time this popped up and gave me the first 15 min free. Now cc is charging me 16 GB for smthg that isn't working on android.
