Keep getting old account after resting laptop - no one will help
I had to reset my laptop settings after an update and now I can only access a very old account. I've lost all my levels, boosters and friends, not to mention the way I get to sleep. Customer support only sends me tips for accessing Facebook, which I have never used, despite specifying that I play online. Help!
