User id 3960034841 I completed the Misty challenge to gather 15 stars, however the game preceded to the next level without providing my reward for getting to 15 stars. I closed down and restarted, still no gift. I use iPad mini (IOS). Can you compensate me for the gift I earned, but didn’t receive?

I didn’t receive divine gift box when completing candyversary levels
User ID 3960034841 Upon completing level 5 of the candyversary levels the game crashed before I received my divine gift box. When getting back in the game, still no gift box.

I never received gift box at end of world
Upon completing level 760, the game moved me to 761 without giving me the end of world divine gift box. Closing & reopening didn’t resolve.
