I've been playing this game from the beginning when it started & I was hooked from the start. Has anyone experienced that all of a sudden they stop playing ads so you can no longer get boosters or extra play?

How come i can only play one time if I lose then i have to wait 24 mins. to play again?
I also am not getting boosters in any candy crush game except I can watch an ad on candy crush saga.
