When i finish level 387 it says gameendnoreason and only gives me the option to retry. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app. No updates are needed on my device either. Please help

I'm on level 667, it keeps freezing. I checked for updates and my version is up to date. I unloaded it and reloaded it, still doing it. Anyone else have issues? Honestly wouldn't mind if I didn't loose lives trying it.
I cleared the board except for one bolder, received 3 stars and the screen froze. Now I'm back to trying to win this level again. So sad!
