moving on in blossom blast

I have reached level 40 and need tickets to move on. However their is no option to request tickets, or to pay forward.

Tune-D you do not seem to understand... I have had similar problems. I try to request help and there is no send button. Finally get send button, request goes nowhere (it is my daughter right next to me). AND WHEN it shows time left to wait... it has re-set to 3 days THREE TIMES now! It is NOT us!!!
