Blank Boards - Losing Lives

Periodically, when opening a new game, a blank board shows up. I, in turn, lose a life (without being able to play) because of this. Any help or fix on the horizon?????

    Head over to the app store, see if you can download any updates for the game or your mobile. You can also just close the app and restart your phone. One other thing is make sure you have enough memory space, that your phone is not full.Β
