Anyone else feel like there isn't any point in asking about the problems? Same questions over and over.. can't connect to FB to play with friends, it doesn't move on after the time is up on the block and apparently level 128 is so hard the tutorials can't even beat it with the number of moves they give you.. yet absolutely no answer beyond basic trouble shooting that assumes you dont have the common sense to be connected to the internet and 'don't you have your gold bars?' (Really? You think we didn't consider this option?) King is awful big to have such subpar technical support and problem solving skills. 

I even paid to move on to 41 cause I thought maybe it was cash thing and it'd fix it's self. Plus its a fun game. I can give up 99 cents for something i enjoy. Nope. Those aren't my friends down there. 

Get your **** together King. This is ridiculous. At least acknowledge it's a problem and you're working on it.

    Don't forget that this is a community site that's only moderated by King. There's a lot of players here answering and helping each other. If you're a customer and you have specific game issue then King have the relevant contact channels:

    I don't think a level being difficult really counts as a customer support issue but that's just my thinking :)

    My question wasn't about a level being too hard. Also I've tried that. Thanks for still not having an answer.
