After Blossom Blast level 20

I beat level 20 in Blossom Blast but for some reason I can't get to the next level. Is there something else I must do? I beat level 20 with 3 stars and I also went back redid more level that only had one star, and got three stars out of them. But nothing is happening... Why?

Normally once you've passed level 20 you should see level available to play across the gap, is it still grayed out for you? The roadblock should be at level 40
