Will this game accumulate more than five lives?

A couple of times I have noticed more than five lives in my messages and if I accept them when my lives are full they disappear if I have more than five lives and my lives are empty and accept them I only get five lives The rest disappear gone forever?

If you accept all lives, and you have more than 5 to accept, yes, you will lose the rest.
