I haven't heard of similar issues so I assume you have a faulty installation of the game.
Please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook (blue button) or Kingdom (orange button with the crown) in order to save your progress, highscores and gold bars. Also make sure to use up any boosters (as they cannot be saved online). Once done you can now un-install the game, reboot your mobile and re-install the game to correct the error. Once you have the game started on your mobile then please re-connect to Facebook or Kingdom in order to retrieve your game data and you're good to go :-)
