Unlock feature In Blossom Blast

Recently I have received 3 requests from a person who I do not know nor is not my friend on Facebook.  I did send one unlock to help the person, but when I tried to ask for one unlock in return, I was not allowed.  How do I correct this and ask only my friends for any help?

    It could be someone who is your friend on your Kingdom profile (where you get assigned random local friends) I wouldn't worry too much as these players can't see anything in your game or your Facebook account. 

    The only other option is to scroll through the list when it appears and only select your friends.
