Been playing Blossom Blast Saga. I reached the first road block paid & can't get through

Have been playing Blossom Blast Saga on my new phone and reached the first roadblock.  I paid and still can't get through.  It shows it gave me the gold bars, Google sent me an email thanking me for the payment, I checked my bank the .99 cents came out.  Still it is telling me I have to wait 2 more day, ask friends, or pay again.  It did this on Friday too, but I though I had pushed the wrong thing while it was loading.      I have sent three emails to the company with no response except this wedsite, so I finally signed up as this seems to be the only way to get an answer.
