I have asked four times for help. I have one friend who helped three times and you took two of them away. That is not fair. I cannot play if it doesn't get unlocked and if she is willing to help then so be it. give them back please.

From what I understand you can only ask one friend for a ticket, once a day. I read it somewhere in the game.
