Blossom Blast Freezing level 849

Nearly every time I try to play this level the game freezes at some random moment. Seriously frustrating as it costs me a life every time I refresh. The game freezes more often than I run out of moves. I play on my laptop, but the phone app has also done this.

I also have this problem, and I play on my phone so the answer above isn't helpful. 

I masochistically stuck it out and kept playing, finally beat the level, and it froze on the final move. 

This is obviously a bug that needs to be addressed with an update.

I suggest you try the following steps:

1) Try a force refresh of the page - hold down CTRL and press F5 to refresh the page.

2) Try emptying the browser cache - please see this page: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/ 

3) Try the game in another browser - for instance Google Chrome or Firefox

4) Make sure you have other tabs closed

5) Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser

6) Check if your Antivirus and/or Firewall settings is affecting the game

7) Make sure you have Adobe Flash player updated: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Agreed that the above answer doesn't help. It doesn't explain how I managed to pass the 848 levels that preceded without encountering the problem--or the ones that come after for that matter. I finally beat the level on my phone, but I think this level has an inherent bug that the designers need to address.
