Why the game didn't save my score ?

Hi, my problem is that:

I used to play blossom last and I deleted it. Tonight i haved downloaded the game again but when I login. There are a lot of levels didn't save my score. For example, i had play to level 263 but some lvs: ..182, 218, 219, 220...224...didn't have any star or score of mine. So i think may be that time I didn't connected to wifi. But when i check the game soda crush, all lvs are still saved my score without wifi. I really not happy about this. I hope you can find out how my score lvs disappeared and make it appear again on my game. If you can't, please show me how to delete all my progress on my Facebook account so that i can play again start from lv 1. I don't want to play another fb account at all.
