This only happened to this brand new latest version so I am not going to follow what the old topics answered...

1. Game is updated from Google Store officially

2. I just charged some gold

3. It's been working for years and I am on the latest level round.

So yesterday it suddenly froze and lost all the connections, gold is there and I couldn't even use them (the button reads "N/A"). I have done CLEARING CACHE and RE-INSTALLING and nothing worked. I am playing 4 other Sagas from KING nothing else is really having this issue.

What can I do?

    Found the reason myself. Since I save and sync data with Facebook account, I deactivated it recently and that's why the game couldn't connect to any account.
