Purchase issue

I have sent two previous support questions in a different format only to have them sending me am e-mail each time. Issues.. Login issues. Crashing. Two watering cans that were purchased are gone. Disappeared after an unistall and reinstall. Inability to pass levels without purchase as blossoms aren't as large in YouTube videos. Made first purchase on 1059. Having similar issues it seems on 1060. Has this Gane become a pay to play game and do I need to uninstall it forever? I didn't for over a year due to this but paid... Regretting!

    I have asked that this be moved to the Blossom Blast Community so members who play that game can see and respond.
    In regards to your purchase.. We cannot see purchase info here you would need to follow the instructions in this FAQ and will most likely need to fill out a form but they will be able to look up and give them back. 
    Many levels now start will the buds really small but if you keep replaying the level they will get bigger :)
