Daisy reward box empty

Every time I get the daisy reward, the boxes are empty and I get nothing when I tap on “claim.” It’s like opening an empty present on your birthday. Also, all my boosters only show locks and don’t respond when I tap them. King support directed me to the community forum, so I’m hoping for some help here. I’ve logged out and back in several times and rebooted my iPad several times as well. Can anyone help?
