    @Jelly Jenny - can you please help? @Breebaby actually took the final step and de-installed and re-installed the game and is till having problems. 
    I still have problems off and on with Blossom Blast where sometimes I will have my avatar and other times I won’t. But I don’t play it that often, so I just live with it. But I do feel that the game appears to be much more sensitive to the strength and continuous flow of your internet than the other games.

       My friends list has been messed up for the longest time on there as well.  I don't know if yours is too, but it's rather annoying. 

    I'm only level 524 on Blossom Blast, but my phone was behind by over 70 levels!! No way was I doing those all over again lol

    @Jelly Jenny  we would really appreciate your help please

    You're behind levels but does that mean you're back connected now? Just on the wrong level?

    @Jelly Jenny it won't let me connect at all on my phone since I reinstalled the game. It is making me start at level 1

    @Jelly Jenny  it was telling me before that there was no internet connection, now it just says connection failed.

    Hello @Breebaby, I'm Paula and I work in Blossom's development team, nice to meet you!

    Can you tell me which device and which system version are you using? For example, Android 6. 
    I'd recommend to try the following steps:

    - Go to your device Settings
    - Find the list of applications
    - Go to Blossom Blast
    - Delete cache
    - Delete data
    - Open Blossom and try to connect again

    Let me know what happens! :chuffed:

    Aw :( Okay let's try something else @Breebaby! I need you to check if the option of auto-restore for apps is enabled in your device. For doing so:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Backup & Reset
    3. Automatic Restore
    4. Uncheck the box if it was enabled

    Once it's disabled, uninstall Blossom and install it again.
