    For investigation it would be amazing if you could give some basic technical information:

    - Game app version number
    - Make and model of the device you're using
    - Which Android operating system you're using (you should be able to find it from your settings)

    Also could you clarify if this happens all the time and when did this start happening. Thanks again!

    Yes its happening from the start... I lost All my lives when i was on level 12.

    And i have noticed one more problem... When i did not complete a level..  My lives reduces by 2 or 3

    Okay, thank you so much for these details! I have sent a small compensation your way to make up for your trouble. 

    I recommend waiting for the next game app update and hopefully it will sort out the issue.

    Are you still experiencing the problem? I'm wondering if it happens for all levels or only under certain conditions. Did you have network connection while playing? And last question: was it fixed after restart the app?

    It would be nice to have your game ID so we can investigate directly what happened on your account to get to lose lives even when you won the levels.
