I would like to know why I can purchase credits and then not have then work when I try to use them?

Please let me know why I lose my credits to frozen screens, especially in blossom blast,  I pay good money and I'm getting ripped off

Your game is freezing? If you're still having issues the game freezing, check out this post for troubleshooting.
