All Android Devices will have Google Play store by default! If you cannot find it in any of the "widgets" / icons that are visible in any of the screen, then try this ---->
Look for the "Settings" -- which is generally a Cog wheel / Gear icon ---> Click on it and you will see WiFi connection, Mobile Data, etc., leave those scroll down slowly to the part where you see "Apps" ---> Click on it and all the default Apps as well as the Apps you have downloaded will be shown in a list ---> Look for "Google Play Store" and click on it and follow the steps you see next....
It might vary a little bit for you, but all the Android devices are almost the same 🙂
