Missing Gold Bars and Boosters

Hi,

I recently bought 500 gold bars and as of yesterday, I still had 400+, but when I logged into the game, I found that I am down to 1 gold bar! Also, the boosters I have are reduced as well, with the worst being the spades, which went from 130+ to zero. I tried to email their support via the link they have for this specific issue and all I received so far is a generic email telling me to search the forum and community for help. Did anyone out there have the same issue? Is there a way to get their attention to get my gold bars back? Thank you.

    Hello @Bluberryblu

    It sounds like your game is out of sync. Please log out of your game. Go to setting and if you are using an apple device than clear the cache in Safari. If using an android, than clear the cache in the game.

    Now turn off your phone for at least 15 seconds. Now go and check for an update to the game and download it if you find one.

    Now lig back into your game and see if that has returned your GBs and boosters.

    If you haven't already, create a King account and use that to log into your game. It is much more stable than logging in using your Facebook login.

    Thank you for your response. I tried all the above and unfortunately it did not work, I'm still missing all my Gold Bars. I think this may be something the the customer service will have to restore. How long do they usually take before they respond to the email? Thank you!

    Would you provide your player ID and the device you are using and the game version? Your ID is in your profile. Touch the crown and it will show your number. I'll have to elevate this to the community managers. They will need this info so they can see your account information and try to find what is wrong.
