Level 119, there is the 1 weed that's not linked to any of the other weeds/blossoms, how to clear?
On level 119, there is one lone weed at the bottom, not linked to the rest of the game above it, so even when I clear all the blossoms and weeds, nothing reaches that one lone weed, as it stands alone. How do I remove that so I can clear the level and move on? Is there a tutorial somewhere? Thanks so much.

The videos like @Freddy_Falkner posted usually help a lot to figure out how to win the level. You can find them on YouTube.
Another tip for winning that level is, you have to create two super blooms at the bottom. The first one breakes the glass, and the second one blasts the weed. You'll see that maneuver again on other levels.

remove all of the weeds at the top and when you get to that one hit it with two superbloom blasts

To remove isolated weed, you must make 2 super blooms at the bottom of the garden.
