Can't advance to next level

I've won the level I'm at twice, but the next level remains locked

@Shaze555 Hi and welcome, Check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device. then log back in see if this improves your problem. If it does not can you provide a screenshot and your game ID and i will Tag @debrichmond as she may help you better with this game

It sounds like you may not be properly logged into your game.

Try what @Freddy_Falkner suggested and log out by going to your profile. Turn off your phone. After you've restarted your phone look for updates and install them. Them log back into the game using your email and King password or your Facebook login.
