Starting over without reason

I was at level 701, now when I try to play Im back at level 1. Logging into FB hasnt helped.

@Gretal1 There was an issue with an update which has been resolved. Check your game for an update and install, log out and restart your device. then log back in hopefully your issue will be resolved, If not please let us know

Have you tried checking for an update like @Freddy_Falkner suggested? There have been two lately. The most recent version is 83.1.2.
