Unable to send lives

Since my levels were reinstated I'm unable to send lives. I still receive them. User ID 7237843204. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have to touch the send button 3 times before the lives send. But you're saying you can't send them at all?

Thanks @Diamond Lim I have friends in my King list who I can accept lives from but when I tick the boxes to send lives to them or ask them for lives it won't send. I don't play through Facebook.

You also click on to King.Com Account from PC, then you log in and open the game, you'll see the following message on the left side:

That means if you have your friend's email, you can add your friend's email then you can see your friends are added on any King's game. 😊

Thanks @debrichmond. That's correct, I can't send lives at all. I press the send button and nothing happens and the same happens if I ask for lives. This has occurred since my levels were restored after accepting TOS. Thanks for your help 😉

Would both of you give me your player IDs and tell me what steps you've taken to fix the problem?

Hello bees!

I've reported this to the technical team, and they've ask me to tell you to try out these troubleshooting steps first, and send us a video where we can see the issue afterwards.

To send us the video there are 2 options:

• you can record it and send it to the Player Support team- then give us your ticket number (the case number that you get from the system)
• you can upload it to Youtube and send us the link through the Community
