@NamTruong2001 Hi and welcome, i believe this issue was sorted with another update. Please check for update and log out and restart your device. then log back in. See if this solves your issue. I will tag @debrichmond as she knows way more about this game than me

Yes, I agree the game seems unstable and there are many glitches and many things missing, but the update isn't finished.

The design studio is still working on it. It could be a few more weeks before we see the magic.

It's hard to be patient, but remember, many people are still working from their homes and trying to collaborate on projects has a lot more challenges.
