I think I may be having problems due to a software update. I’m getting messages on other games ‘could not connect to server’ - anyone else having problems with iOS 12.4.9?

So you haven't gotten any more daily gifts, just the one? That's very odd. I'll report rhis to the Community Moderators right now.
I have seen other players report the "could not connect error". Have you tried doing any troubleshooting? I found this on the web just now:
Steps to reset network settings on iPhone:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Enter your passcode.
Choose Reset Network Settings.
Restart your iPhone.
One of the first things we suggest is closing your game apps, clearing the cache of your iPhone's browser and then turning off your phone for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.
As a last resort for Blossom Blast you could try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. You will lose your boosters and saved lives though.
Let me know if any of that works.

Hey @Liz_Armstrong, I just heard from another superstar that if you leave your time zone that it can mess up the clock on your game. Please check your time zone in your device and and see if that helps with the Blossom Blast problem. And try resetting your network settings for the other problem with the no connection errors.

@debrichmond - thought I’d cracked it this morning. - managed to get Day 1 booster with 4hrs to next one (strange!) Sadly next time it showed 70000 odd hrs then back to bizarre number!🙁
Time zone is fine.
Still no internet connection on other games. Will have to look at other troubleshooting options or just give up. Thanks again
Our Superstar @debrichmond is right, this looks like a known "issue".
To fix it, please set the clock on your device forward by the amount of time the honeyed calendar is showing (the weird number)
For example, if the game says “Come back in 7000 hours” you need to change the date in your phone’s calendar. In this case, please calculate how many days are in 7000 hours and set the date forward accordingly.
After this, briefly access the game’s map screen and then go straight back to the settings menu on your device.
Set the date back to the current date and restart your device.
Hi @debrichmond yes I tried all your suggestions without success. I stopped short at uninstalling the app - would that mean I’d be starting from scratch?
I’m not getting any boosters/free gifts on any of my games - I can play them, but no freebies. I’m fairly sure the problem lies with iOS 12.4.9.

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaIt started off fine - I got through almost 2 weeks but it reset to day 1 and has stayed there! I only noticed the bizarre number of hours yesterday!
I tried forgetting my WiFi network and signing back in but was unsuccessful. (Using iPad mini.)
Thanks for your help - will try other suggestions. Don’t want to have to uninstall the app.
