@Sam246 the key to win this level is to break the fence at the top left. Because red flowers only fall in that column.

If you want more carefully, try to remove brown moles at the bottom to avoid spreading.

Make many blooms at the top to remove blockers, and remember the first sentence above. Then move down to let red flowers fall and bloom them.
