I'm sorry you can't use your boosters.
Please try our standard bug fixes first:
- make sure you have enough free space. You smoke at least 2 GB
- check your store for updates and run them
- Go to the settings in your device and clear the cache (Attention: do not erase the data, then you will lose your boosters) when playing on a mobile device.
- Turn off your device completely to keep it off for at least 10 seconds. After turning it on, check if it works again.
If you still can't use your boosters, please let me know which device you're playing on. We will then look at how we can help you.
