The Blossom Blast Saga team informs that there's an ongoing issue in the game that is causing it to crash on multiple devices.

We want you to know that they're working hard to find the cause and the fix, so please keep your eyes peeled because we'll update you here as soon as we have new information.

On the other hand, it would be very helpful for the investigation if you could give us some information:

• What is the model and make of your device?
• When is the game crashing? As soon as you open it, when you enter a level, ...?

I can't play level 696

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. The game doesn't crash, buy I am unable to play Level 5432. It closes the level as soon as it opens. It states "no more moves, try again". It uses the lives yet you can't make any moves.

Motorola 5g. It crashes at random, it doesn't last long. But frustrating.
