Did the most recent update crash anyone else's game!! Mine is gone, levels, rewards, lives and friends!

My apologies to the people I've been supporting, I hope I find you again soon!

    Me too. Just logged in got a message to accept new terms and conditions which I did and all my gold bars lives levels and aids were gone.

    I was also logged out after the last update and should accept the terms and conditions. That's what I did and then logged back in with my account.

    Nothing has been lost for me. My game progress, gold bars, and boosters were all back.

    Please log back into the game. Then everything should be fine.

    I would log into my account if I could but there seems to be no way of doing so. I just have this completely new game with a new user name.

    Finally managed to find a way of logging in thanks all back now. Would have been nice to have the advice from customer service when contacted though instead of being told to look on YouTube for the answers. 🤣

    Do you mean by your answer that you expected me to do how it works? 

    I assumed that every player logs in with an account or creates one to save the progress and therefore knows how it works.

    Maybe next time you can ask, I'll be happy to explain. Then you don't have to search the net for answers.

    We have a lot of players here in the community who can help. By the way, I'm also just a normal player and not an employee of the game. 😉

    Next time, please ask here in the forum. We can almost always help you. There are a lot of players here with a lot of experience.

    If you have problems with another game, you can also ask me. I play all of King's games (sometimes more and sometimes less).
