How do you know if you're losing your stored life? Is there a reduction in the number that is indicated on the envelope? Did you open the envelope and check the number of lives saved?
For me, it looks like this when I open my game to claim the daily reward:
Then I go to the envelope to send lives to my teammates. The number of lives on my envelope does not change.
Can you show me what it looks like in your game based on screenhots?
What platform do you play on? In the app or on Facebook?

Play on Facebook and the envelope says 19 today, yesterday it was at 193.
