Hi. . My game is not updating. Does anyone has this issue? BBS game. I've emailed customer service .But, they keep telling to ask on the Community. What is the latest version.?

It depends on whether you have set your store to update the app automatically. That's beneficial, then you can't miss it. If you have selected this setting, it will automatically update if other conditions apply. For example, you can set it to update automatically only via Wi-Fi. If an update is then added to your store (for example, on November 23rd) but other conditions do not apply, it is quite possible that the update was not made until the 28th of Nombeber.
So the one date says something about when the studio will make an update available. The other date is when your app was updated on your device.

This is my latest version. Is it right?. It's just that, when it shows for update.the date shown on updates doesn't match the actual day it got updated. So, I thought its not updating. Like I got a notification for update yesterday and I updated it but, instead of showing 28th update.its showing 23 November. 🤔🤷♀️🤷♀️
Hi @zainab786 we now have Blossom Blast Saga version 100.165.0 and I was able to run the last update without any problems.
What version of the game do you have?
Can you also please check if you have at least 2 GB of free space on your device and are logged in to your store?
